(1) PRE-ACCEPTANCE LETTER: A pre-acceptance letter shall be considered valid when it is issued by at least one of the universities and programs agreed upon in accordance with student’s academic qualifications.
(2) ASSISTANCE WITH DOCUMENTATION: C-Oliver & Linda International Ltd. shall guide the student through all stages of documents preparation both in the home country and in Italy, and shall provide all necessary information to ensure timely and accurate submission of required document.
3. SCHOLARSHIP: Winning a Scholarship may exempt the student from paying tuition fee. A scholarship is a financial aid granted to the student based on financial and social status by the Italian State. Undergraduate students may receive scholarship payments in 6 installments, while graduate students receive 4 installments. Scholarship amounts range from 2,500 euro to 9,000 euro per academic year, depending on the region. To maintain eligibility for continued scholarship payments, the student must meet the minimum number of credits required by the University and maintain an active enrollment status. Scholarship documentation for each academic year is prepared by the student with assistance from C-Oliver & Linda International Ltd.
4. PRE-ENROLLMENT TO UNIVERSITY: C-Oliver & Linda International Ltd shall finalize the student’s application on the University Portal and provide the required confirmation needed to schedule a visa appointment after the student and C-Oliver and Linda International Ltd provide the required documents.
5. ENROLLMENT AT UNIVERSITY: If the student meets the university admission requirements, C-Oliver & Linda International Ltd will assist the student in completing the enrollment process. The student will be responsible for providing the DOV (Declaration of Value), SoC (Statement of Comparability) and any other document that may be requested by the university and government. C-Oliver & Linda International Ltd shall guide the student on how to procure those documents. Student must be ready to provide POF (Proof of Fund) and any other document as may be required by the university, country and embassy.
6. TERMS OF PAYMENT: 50% at the initial process of un-boarding the student on the application portal and 50% upon receipt of acceptance letter from the university.
